Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that by their nature cannot normally be returned by post (bulky goods or freight forwarder goods), the cost of returning the goods is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150 (return within Germany) or EUR 300 (return from within the European Union).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist or expires early in the case of the following contracts:

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods that, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Additional information on returns processing

The following information does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal and serves only to make processing easier for both sides.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gac-service.de. Once we have received your withdrawal, we will provide you with information on how and where to return the goods. Returns are sent to:

We recommend enclosing a receipt or other proof of purchase with the parcel so that we can allocate your return more quickly. Prior contact is not required for the effectiveness of your withdrawal, but it helps us process it promptly.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

Please check your order upon receipt. Should an item be defective or damaged, or should you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@gac-service.de so that we can assess and resolve the issue. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

Refunds

We will inform you as soon as we have received and inspected your return. In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund the payment as described above under "Effects of withdrawal" to your original means of payment. Please note that, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be credited.
