- Non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, United Kingdom, USA): prices are shown excluding German VAT — the deduction is applied automatically at checkout. Import VAT and any customs duties in the destination country are payable by the recipient (DAP delivery).
- If an order contains bulky or freight items, the corresponding shipping method applies to the entire shipment — bulky goods take precedence.
- The €59 free-shipping threshold applies to parcel shipping within Germany.
